The smallest vehicle in Ford’s lineup is the nimble Fiesta. It comes as a subcompact sedan or a hatchback. The ST trim features a 197-hp, 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The Fiesta ST has an optional Mountune MP215kit that improves performance to 215-hp with 236 pounds-feet of torque.
Driving enthusiasts needing a powerful fastback or convertible can look no further than the Mustang. It comes standard with a 300-hp, 3.7-liter V-6 engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission or a manual and rear-wheel drive.
The Fusion is a mid-size sedan that seats five passengers. The SHO version is powered by a 325-hp, twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 mated to a seven-speed transmission and all-wheel drive. The Fusion Hybrid is available as well.
The full-size Taurus sedan offers family comfort with plenty of legroom and three engines to choose from.
Ford also offers an extensive lineup of SUVs, pickup trucks, and commercial vans.
Making its debut last year, the EcoSport is a subcompact SUV that seats five passengers. It is powered by a standard 123-hp, turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, while four-wheel drive is available. A more powerful 166-hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is optional as well.
The compact Escape SUV comes with plenty of technology, including a power rear liftgate that can be opened by waving your foot beneath the rear bumper. Powering the Escape is a standard 179-hp, turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine.
The mid-size Edge SUV has an available 280-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 engine that can be mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. It also gains a new cold-weather package.
Contrasting the rest of the Ford lineup is the full-size Flex, which has a unique, minimalistic appearance. It has seating for up to eight passengers across three rows. An available multi-panel vista roof offers a view of the sky for each row.
The full-size Explorer seats up to seven passengers across three rows. All-wheel drive is available. A newly available XLT Appearance Package includes black 20-inch wheels, black exterior trim, a suede-trim interior, and special badging.
For even more passenger space and comfort, the Expedition and Expedition Max offers seating for up to seven passengers across three rows. This year, they have been redesigned with new frames and aluminum bodies.
Moving on the trucks, the Ranger mid-size pickup truck makes its return after long absence. Powering the Ranger is a 2.3-liter four-cylinder mated to a ten-speed automatic transmission.
The full-size F-150 pickup truck has a newly available 375-hp, turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6. The special Raptor version is tuned to produce 450-hp. The F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks were redesigned last year. Five trims are available: the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum.
Ford also offers an extensive line of commercial work vans, which consist of the Transit Connect, Transit-150, Transit-250, and Transit-350.
The Focus and C-Max Hybrid has been discontinued.
